Rivington / White Coppice

Today I went to Rivington. I think this is rigidiporus ulmarius on an oak stump.

At White Coppice, these icicles were massive! Its not commonly that these happen.
Well it was snowy up Rivington and not a lot to see.

Seven Arch Bridge over the public bridleway. The pigeon tower - a silent sentinel
It was very slippy but very busy with walkers and bikers.

Found this prickly heath . thought it was butchers broom at first.
