Garden & Hoghton Bottoms.

After my day at the sand dunes, the weather was still nice so I did some photography of the garden. Firstly, my sister put this obscene pink robe onto Spike the cat and he didn't mind at all. "Does this make me look fat"
This is hydrangea. My mum dug it up from the last house when we moved and it has survived ever since. Mum cut back the deep bushes while I was out and we have a funny sort of tutsan in the garden.
The buddleia is in flower. The only animals enjoying it are the bees.
This is the first butterfly I have seen in the garden this year.
Lulu (our dog) has a new bed compliments of my sister.
Our clematis is doing very well.
The family decided to go for a walk to Hoghton Bottoms. The umbellifer on the bridge was wild celery because the leaves smelled of celery.
This is the bamber bridge railway line.
The viaduct is so massive. Its amazing how people managed to build something so big.

We parked up at the deserted Wesleyan Methodist Chapel. The chapel and its grounds have been sold to someone. Why would anyone want a cemetery in their garden? Some of the graves are from the 1800s so theres no-one left to mourn for them in this graveyard.
